Day Ten - April 10th, 2011

Had big plans to plant my garden today, but it's pouring rain. I should have taken advantage of the dry day yesterday... Hopefully it will clear up later. This week is a busy one with lots of interviews planned. I'll be speaking with some interesting folks and hopefully some will join me for my Live @ 5 webcast. I have a HUGE confession to make... Since I haven't been washing my hair as often, and have been using less shampoo and conditioner, it was a bit stringy yesterday so I thought I would put the curling iron on and flip the ends a bit. Well, I forgot all about the iron and left it plugged in for over half an hour. Then I never even used it since I didn't have time before I rushed out the door. Waste! Can't have been too much but, it was plugged in and hot for about a half hour. I'll have to do something today to offset that wastage. Remember to unplug appliances when they are not being used. Be a Zer0 Her0!

Noon - Gien sent me an email from S Africa with links to shampoo alternatives. I guess my remarks above prompted him to seek a solution for me. Thanks Gien! I'm going to do some research and you will all see the results at 5PM when I broadcast Live @ 5
